Every CoRo order includes one free replacement per order, for life.
Replacements are for the same item originally purchased and require a clear photo of the damage. Exchanges for different items are not allowed. Applies to eligible products and US orders only.

- Items in Regular grab bags will total at least $25 (often with some fun extras 🥰)
- Items in Tumbler grab bags will total at least $40
- Items in Journal grab bags will total at least $50
- Items in Notebook grab bags will total at least $75
PLEASE NOTE
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on grab bag items, so please do not order unless you're ok with getting anything from my site!
- Grab bags may include items that are discontinued, have minor damage, or are pre-release!
- If you order multiple grab bags, you may receive duplicate items. We will not accept returns because of receiving duplicate items.
- Free shipping to the U.S.
- Shipping turnaround will be 1-10 business days. The sooner the order is placed the sooner it will ship as we ship orders in the order they are received!

What is your processing and shipping time?
Please allow 7-10 business days (Tuesday-Saturday) for us to process and create your order. We ship with FedEx and UPS from Virginia, USA. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 days to deliver.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere in the United States and internationally! We use Global Post for international orders, which usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver. (Please note: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes).
This item is a gift! Can you leave the receipt out and/or add a gift message?
CoRo's packing slips don't show prices to begin with, so you're all set to send a shipment straight to your loved ones. If you'd like to add a gift message onto your order, feel free to enter it at checkout, and I will be sure to add it in for you!
