Processing Times:
Please allow 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) to process and create your order! This does not include time needed for transit.
Shipping Times:
We ship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Standard shipping usually this takes 3-5 days to deliver. Our orders are shipping from Virginia, USA. Holidays may cause delays.
Returns and Refund Policy:
At this time we only accept returns on our non-personalized items. Non-used items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit or items that appear to be defective. To book a return or replacement use our Return Portal. Exchanges/Cancellations:
All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Lifetime Replacement Policy
Each CoRo order is eligible for one free replacement per order, for life.
Here’s how it works:
- You can replace one item per order, anytime.
- The replacement must be for the same item originally purchased.
- A clear photo of the damaged item is required to process your request.
- Exchanges for a different product are not allowed, no exceptions.
Exclusions:
Personalized/Custom items, Surprise Grab Bags, digitals, gift cards, and cup accessories (including but not limited to straws, lids, and mug rugs) are not eligible for lifetime replacement. Available only for US orders.
How to Request a Lifetime Replacement
If your item has been damaged and qualifies for our Lifetime CoRo Replacement, here’s how to get a free replacement:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged item. Make sure the damage is easy to see.
- Find your order number from your original purchase confirmation or receipt.
- Email us at help@coroandcompany.com with the following:
- Subject line: Lifetime Replacement Request
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage
- The name of the item you purchased/need replaced
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item, completely free.

How long until my order ships?
We make every effort to ship all orders within 2-4 business days, though this timeline can change depending on demand and time-of-year. For the most up-to-date processing times, please check your order confirmation email. Once an order ships, transit time can take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on the method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 5 business days after shipping.
If you need your order by a certain date, you are encouraged to reply to your order confirmation, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
This item is a gift! Can you leave the receipt out and/or add a gift message?
Good news – CoRo packing slips don't show prices to begin with, so you're all set to send a shipment straight to your loved ones.
