Shipping Times:
We ship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Standard shipping usually this takes 3-5 days to deliver. Our orders are shipping from Virginia, USA. Holidays may cause delays.
Returns and Refund Policy:
At this time we only accept returns on our non-personalized items. Non-used items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit or items that appear to be defective. To book a return or replacement use our Return Portal. If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order please send us an email help@coroandcompany.com
Exchanges/Cancellations:
All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Lifetime Replacement Policy
Each CoRo order is eligible for one free replacement per order, for life.
Here’s how it works:
- You can replace one item per order, anytime.
- The replacement must be for the same item originally purchased.
- A clear photo of the damaged item is required to process your request.
- Exchanges for a different product are not allowed, no exceptions.
Exclusions:
Personalized/Custom items, Surprise Grab Bags, digitals, gift cards, and cup accessories (including but not limited to straws, lids, and mug rugs) are not eligible for lifetime replacement. Available only for US orders.
How to Request a Lifetime Replacement
If your item has been damaged and qualifies for our Lifetime CoRo Replacement, here’s how to get a free replacement:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged item. Make sure the damage is easy to see.
- Find your order number from your original purchase confirmation or receipt.
- Email us at help@coroandcompany.com with the following:
- Subject line: Lifetime Replacement Request
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage
- The name of the item you purchased/need replaced
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item, completely free.

International Orders
We currently use global post to ship internationally. This usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver!
By placing an order with international shipping, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the cost of your purchase. Which versions are pre-order only?
The Deluxe Bundle and the Coil-Bound Handmade Edition are both available for preorder only. These will begin shipping 2–3 weeks after the preorder window closes.
The Paperback Edition is printed via Lulu and ships on demand — no pre-order required.
When will my pre-order ship?
All preorder items will begin shipping within 2–3 weeks after the preorder window closes.
We’ll send out email updates so you’ll know exactly when your order is on the way. If you choose local pickup, you’ll receive a message with your pickup time and location.
How do I choose my t-shirt size and design?
Once you select the Deluxe Bundle, you’ll see two dropdown menus:
- One for your T-shirt size (S–4X)
- One for your design choice (CHOSEN, OVERCOMER, RENEWED, or ON PURPOSE)
Your selected design will be printed on both your shirt and tote bag.
What size should I order?
The T-shirt is a neutral Sand color, Gildan brand, unisex fit, and true to size.
Want a looser fit? Size up for comfort.
Available in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X.
When do I get the audio bonus?
The audio pep talk is currently being recorded and will be delivered after pre-orders close. You’ll receive it by email once it’s ready.
Is this journal just for women?
Nope. The CoRo Way is for men and women.

Do I need to be “super religious” to use this?
Not at all. The CoRo Way is rooted in faith, but it's not about perfection or performance.

Yes! If you just want the journal, you can choose:
- The Paperback Edition ($37) – ships immediately via Lulu publishing
- The Coil-Bound Edition ($47) – lays flat for easy writing
Neither option includes the T-shirt, tote, or digital bonuses.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! You can send any version as a gift. If you’d like us to include a handwritten note or package it with extra care, just leave a message in the notes section at checkout.
Will the bundle restock?
No — the Deluxe Bundle is a limited-edition. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!
