• Our cups and tumblers usually handle the top rack of your dishwasher just fine on a regular heat cycle, but remember every home’s soap, temperature, and water quality differ. Over time, this might cause some buildup that changes your cup’s look. If you want to keep things extra fresh, a gentle hand wash is always a great idea!

• Living in Virginia, where the water’s moderately hard, we’ve had no problems cleaning our cups in the dishwasher. Just a heads-up: since dishwasher results can differ, if you decide to machine wash, you agree that CoRo & Company isn’t responsible for any fading, warping, or damage that might happen.

• Show your cup some love: skip the soaking, avoid tough scrubbing (a soft sponge works just right), and remember to keep your lid dry, too!

Make sure to skip soaking your lid and let it air dry all the way—keep it happy and healthy! If we can’t make your request happen, no worries—we’ll happily send a refund your way!
