Personalized Design Request Cup With Lid and Straw ( All Cup Styles )

• Premium UV-Printed Design – No vinyl or stickers, ensuring long-lasting quality. The texture you feel on our cups is the top layer of UV ink called varnish. The varnish gives the designs their glossy appearance. The ink is cured to our cups. You can read more in the tabs below.

Processing Times:
Please allow 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) to process and create your order! This does not include time needed for transit.

Shipping Times:
We ship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Standard shipping usually this takes 3-5 days to deliver.  Our orders are shipping from Virginia, USA. Holidays may cause delays. 

Returns and Refund Policy:
At this time we only accept returns on our non-personalized items. Non-used items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit or items that appear to be defective. To book a return or replacement use our Return Portal. Exchanges/Cancellations:
All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancellations.

Each CoRo order is eligible for one free replacement per order, for life.

Here’s how it works:

• You can replace one item per order, anytime.
• The replacement must be for the same item originally purchased.
• A clear photo of the damaged item is required to process your request.
• Exchanges for a different product are not allowed, no exceptions. 

Exclusions:
Personalized/Custom items, Surprise Grab Bags, digitals, gift cards, and cup accessories (including but not limited to straws, lids, and mug rugs) are not eligible for lifetime replacement.  Available only for US orders.

How to Request a Lifetime Replacement

If your item has been damaged and qualifies for our Lifetime CoRo Replacement, here’s how to get a free replacement:

1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item. Make sure the damage is easy to see.
2. Find your order number from your original purchase confirmation or receipt.
3. Email us at help@coroandcompany.com with the following:

• Subject line: Lifetime Replacement Request
• Your order number
• A photo of the damage
• The name of the item you purchased/need replaced

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item, completely free.

Bamboo Lid Information: 

• No soaking, hand wash only! Bamboo is a natural, porous material, so dry it completely before sealing it back on your cup. Moisture + no airflow = a science experiment you did not ask for.
• Don’t leave your lid on for more than 24 hours at a time—closed containers + no airflow can cause growth (as it would in any container with a lid).
• PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lids that grow fuzzies—this is just how wood-based products behave if not cared for very specifically. 

Cup Care Instructions:

• While our cups should be totally fine on the top rack of your dishwasher using a normal heat cycle, please be aware dishwashing soaps, temperatures, and water hardness varies from home to home. This can lead to buildup that may affect the appearance of your cup over time. If you want to be extra safe, we get it, give your cup a gentle hand-wash! 
  
  
• Please do not dish-wash any of our PLASTIC cups/tumblers.
  
• Here in Virginia, our water is moderately hard, and we haven’t had any issues washing our cups in the dishwasher.
  
  
• Because dishwashing results can vary, if you choose to machine wash, you acknowledge that CoRo & Company is not responsible for any potential fading, warping, or damage caused by dishwasher use. 🩵
  
  
• Treat your cup like the cutie it is: no soaking, no harsh scrubbing (a gentle sponge is totally fine), and no soaking your lid either.
