Can I return or exchange my tumbler?
We accept returns on non-used, non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. We are also happy to replace or refund any items that arrive broken in transit or appear to be defective. If you need to cancel or swap an item on a new order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order!
What is your processing and shipping time?
Please allow 7-10 business days (Tuesday-Saturday) for us to process and create your order. We ship with FedEx and UPS from Virginia, USA. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 days to deliver.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere in the United States and internationally! We use Global Post for international orders, which usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver.(Please note: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes).
