The CoRo Party Bar brings a live, personalized build-your-own station to your event. Guests choose their item, customize it with different items — and walk away with something that's entirely, unapologetically theirs.
Currently featuring the Trucker Hat Bar. Cup Bar and Tee Shirt Bar coming soon.
We stock a variety of hat sizes and colors ensure we have something for everyone. Choose a theme for your hats & patches (price varies), or we can bring a variety that's sure to have something for everyone.
Our standard party package includes a 2-hour hat bar at your location, a hat + 3 patches + a hat chain for each attendee, a free hat for the host, with several add-on options if you'd like to customize your party!

CoRo Hosted Events
POP-UPS · CORO EVENTS
CoRo Hosted Events are live, in-person hat bar experiences at pop-ups, vendor markets, and CoRo-produced events.
RSVP with a $10 deposit to hold your spot — deposit applies directly to your hat package when you arrive. Choose from four tiered packages starting at $28. No booking fee. Just show up, build your hat, and leave dripped.
Private Party booking

Want the CoRo Party Bar at YOUR event? We come to you! Think birthday celebrations for the fashion forward, unforgettable bachelor/bachelorette parties, much needed girls nights with longtime best friends or treating mom/dad to a unique experience with their loved ones.
One flat rate of $38 per guest covers the hat plus 3 patches and a hat chain. The host pays a $100 non-refundable booking fee to secure the date — and gets a FREE hat just for booking. 10 guest minimum.
*Currently serving Newport News & Farmville, VA. For parties larger than 10 or outside our service area, contact us via email or text and we'll arrange accommodations!

Looking to WOW your employees? Planning something bigger? We offer the same luxurious, personalized experience tailored to large groups! We'll elevate your next corporate event with a session that leaves each individual person feeling seen + fabulous.
We've got two options — Open Bar or Cash Bar. Open Bar means the host prepays $30 per hat for the whole group (25 hat minimum). Cash Bar means the host pays the booking fee and guests pay their own package at the event. Either way your group leaves with a one-of-a-kind experience and a hat nobody else has. HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Choose Your Booking Type: CoRo Hosted Event, Private Party, or Corporate & Group. Pick the one that fits your situation.
Step 2 — Pay Your Deposit or Booking Fee: All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and secure your date, setup, and experience.
Step 3 — We Confirm Your Details: Guest count, location, date, and any special requests. We confirm everything 5 days before your event.
Step 4 — CoRo Shows Up Ready: We set up the full hat bar so all your guests have to do is show up and build.
Step 5 — Everybody Leaves Happy: Custom hats. Real memories. The kind of party favor people actually keep. 🧢💜
WHAT TO EXPECT
You Book It: Pay your booking fee or RSVP deposit. Your spot is locked in and we handle everything else.
We Show Up: CoRo pulls up to your location with the full hat bar setup — hats, patches, pins, chains, charms, and more. All we need is 6 feet of table space and good lighting.
You Build Your Hat: Pick your patches. Add your pins. Stack your chains. Every hat is built by YOU — nobody leaves with the same thing.
You Walk Away Dripped: Your hat. Completely custom. Made at the event. That's the CoRo Party Bar experience. 🧢

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Booking Policies
A few things to know before securing your date so everything runs smoothly for you and your guests.
All booking and RSVP deposits are non-refundable
Guest count must be confirmed 5 days before event
Host is responsible for booking fee regardless of turnout
Setup requires a minimum of 6 feet of table space
Events outside 15 miles require a separate travel quote
RSVP deposits are applied to hat package at the event
All patches must be pressed on hat at time of event
Travel fee is due with booking fee at reservation
Rescheduling requires 72-hour notice or fee is forfeited
Open Bar prepayment due 7 days before event date
